At Q's Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
